Athina is an excellent holiday home with all the luxuries you could wish for including a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, with golf course nearby.
Athina is ideal for holidays, parties,Christmas and New year or for any other special occasions when you are looking for something different for family and friends.
| |  | Athina is located in the village of Welton in the heart of Lincolnshire on the edge of the Wolds and close to the historic cathedral city of Lincoln with an abundance of old churches and tourist attractions including during December the world famous Christmas market. There is of course, the local old English Pub within walking distance, with friendly atmosphere and fantastic pub food. Or you could visist the small surrounding villages where there are many olde worlde English pubs serving good value food including famous Lincolnshire sausages and pork pies.
Athina has many facilities to offer, including an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, large TV lounge, sitting room, recreation room, games room with pool table, large gardens and plenty of space for relaxation. Linked music can also be played throughout the house. Your visit will be a unique experience that you will never forget.
|  | Athina has plenty of bedrooms to cater for up to 20 people. There is ample room for everybody to comfortably move about the property without bumping in to each other giving you all the privacy you will want.There are a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (2 ensuite), 6 twin beds, 1 triple.
The heated indoor swimming pool is situated between the lounge and the games room with sliding doors to the beautiful gardens. With linked music the pool is approximately 30' x20' and ideal for those early morning leisurely swims. It has its own bar, sauna, changing room, toilet and shower. Leading from the pool area is the Spa room where up to 6 people can have a relaxing Jacuzzi.
The games room is 25'x 20' and is situated off the pool area with a full size pool table, table tennis , selection of board games,dart board, computer,selection of toys for the younger visitors, books, chess set, playing cards, puzzles and more. There are two large lounges, a recreation room as well and a fully fitted well equipped luxury kitchen.
